Faith Conquers Fear!

The disciples were in the boat with Jesus. Then a storm came. The disciples were distraught. Meanwhile, Jesus was sleeping in the boat. So in their fear they did the right thing. They went and woke Jesus up. Jesus immediately asked them /i "why are you afraid? where is your faith?/i ( See Matthew chapter 8 for this account).

Jesus was saying Faith conquers fear. Additionally, we were told that perfect love casts out fear.

Isn't it interesting that 2 of the 3 characteristics God says will endure are the 2 that fight fear? ( 1Cors 13:3) /i And now these three remain: faith, hope, and love." /i

I hope no matter what the circumstances are in life you will find your faith intact. You see faith is the currency of God's kingdom on Earth. Faith is how God's measures us. /iSo look at Apollos and me as mere servants of Christ who have been put in charge of explaining God’s mysteries. 2 Now, a person who is put in charge as a manager must be faithful./i
